Five finishes, one plating standard
Finish failures cause more sanitaryware claims than any casting defect. Our six in-house lines plate to a single internal standard — whatever the color on the outside.
- Multi-layer electroplating: 0.3 μm chrome over 8–12 μm duplex nickel
- PVD brushed brass and gunmetal: zirconium-based, scratch-resist coat
- Powder matte black cured at 200 °C for UV and chemical stability
- 100% inline thickness and adhesion checks, cross-cut tested per batch
Every batch ships with a plating-thickness report — measured, signed and archived for five years.

We machine and assemble our own valve cores instead of buying loose cartridges by the pallet. One tolerance chain, one accountable factory.

- Bodies burst-tested to 16 bar; every unit water-tested before packing
